EZ Snap Covers are crafted from 1.005mm thick (20 gauge) galvanized steel—the thickest and strongest cover on the market—and finished with a durable, baked-on epoxy powder coating. Our covers are proudly made in the USA.

No problem. We have inside and outside corner pieces in 90-degree (square corners) and 45-degree (bay window) configurations.

No, absolutely not. EZ Snap Covers are not UL rated for safe use with electric baseboard heat. They are designed for hot water (hydronic) baseboard heat only. Putting any cover on an electric baseboard heater changes its UL rating and could pose a fire hazard.

Yes, absolutely. To achieve any length beyond our standard 7' (84") we use two or more covers joined with couplers. Couplers are made of the same material and are very inconspicuous. The longest cover we ship is 7' due to shipping limits; anything over 7' is split into two pieces and combined with a coupler.

Generally, no. However, every baseboard cover is different.

Very little, if any. Use safety glasses and gloves to protect against sharp objects. Old heaters may be 50–60 years old and may have been painted or caulked to the wall; you may need to cut the caulk joint at the wall. There's no set rule—sometimes you may have to "not play nice with them." For the most part, it's very easy.

Please recycle them. We recommend recycling old steel so it can be made into new goods. We do not take trade-ins. After installation you can ship the old parts back to us using the box your new covers arrived in, and we will recycle them for you. You would be responsible for the shipping cost.

Simply remove your existing front panel, end caps, and damper, then place the new EZ Snap covers and end caps on your existing wall plate. It's that EZ.

Put your cover on the back plate to make sure it's the right length. Once you've confirmed the cover fits, snap on your end caps and couplers. It's as easy as that.

Typically orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Most orders are 2–4 business days in transit for the lower 48 states; about 80% of our orders ship via UPS. If you have a deadline, need faster delivery, or have special instructions, give us a call for options. We make things happen.

Open and inspect the package and verify you've received all the parts listed on your order. There will be a parts list in or on the front of the package, and the covers will be marked with their lengths.

Any damage needs to be reported within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier. Email photos of the shipping label on the box, box damage, and damaged parts to support@ezsnapcovers.com along with your order number. Once we receive this we'll contact you to arrange replacements.

For missing parts, contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll review the video of your order being packed and ship any missing parts right away.

No. EZ Snap Covers have a lifetime warranty against rust. They are made of galvanized steel and then coated with a baked-on epoxy powder coating. This ensures the finish will be durable and rust-free for a lifetime.
