To start a return, enter your order number and email address or phone number on
the returns page and follow the prompts. If installation is not going as planned,
call us at (866) 740-0005 — we will not let you fail.
What do I need to know about returns?
- Worry-free money-back returns within 14 days of receiving your order, when returned in new condition.
- Returns after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If we sent the wrong product, we cover return postage to correct the issue.
- If you ordered the wrong product, no longer need the items, or ordered extras, you pay return shipping.
What if I have custom-cut covers?
Returns are accepted in like-new condition under the same policies.
How do I make a return?

- Select the items you want to return.
- After approval, you get an email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- Like-new condition; full refund within 14 days of receipt; after 14 days, 20% restocking may apply.
- Must include all components; no damage.
- Gift cards are not returnable for cash.
- No returns after 90 days.
How soon will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we email you with status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method right away;
banks may take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Installation Guide
Step-by-step instructions for hydronic baseboard heaters — no tools required.
Before we begin: this guide applies only to hydronic baseboard heaters, which is exactly what EZ Snap Covers are designed for.
01 Prepare the Area
A clean, clear workspace ensures the covers snap on smoothly.
- Turn off your heating system and allow the baseboard to cool completely
- Remove any furniture or obstacles near the heater
- Vacuum or wipe down the existing baseboard housing to remove dust and debris
02 Most Common StepRemove Old Front Panels & End Caps
Removing the old components gives you a clean surface for the new cover.
- Lift the old front panel upward and pull it outward
- Slide off any existing end caps
- Leave the metal backplate and heating element in place (EZ Snap installs over them)
03 Measure Your Heater Length
Accurate measurement ensures the correct panel fit.
- Measure from one end of the backplate to the other
- If using multiple panels, note where couplers will be placed
- If a custom cut is needed, confirm your final length before ordering
04 Install End Caps
End caps anchor the panel and create a clean, finished look.
- Slide the left and right end caps onto the existing backplate
- Ensure they sit flush against the wall
- Confirm they align with the height of the panel you'll be installing
05 Position the EZ Snap Panel
Proper alignment ensures the panel snaps securely.
- Hold the panel slightly above the heating element
- Align the bottom lip of the panel with the bottom of the backplate
- Keep the panel level from end to end
06 One-And-DoneSnap the Panel Into Place
The signature EZ Snap action locks the cover securely without tools.
- Push the bottom of the panel inward until it hooks onto the backplate
- Press along the top edge until you hear or feel it snap into place
- Run your hand along the length to ensure it is fully seated
07 Install Corners or Couplers (If Needed)
Corners and couplers create seamless transitions between panels.
- Slide 90° or 135° corners into place where walls change direction
- Use solid or mesh couplers to join two straight panels
- Ensure each connector overlaps both panels evenly
08 Final Fit Check
A quick inspection ensures long-term performance and appearance.
- Confirm the panel is fully snapped along the entire length
- Make sure end caps and corners are tight and aligned
- Turn the heating system back on once everything is secure
